[openbox] openbox menu icon set

No, I'm not ;d The root menu is the menu that get's shown when I
right-click on the 'desktop', which is the X root window, and no, it
isn't a window run by root ;d For lack of a better term, I baptized it
'root menu' - I don't know what it's called in OB - and nested menus
are 'submenus'.
