[openbox] Vertical title bar for windows?

openbox uses pango for text layout, which according to
http://developer.gnome.org/pango/stable/pango-Vertical-Text.html
supports vertical text.
To start, see obrender/font.c, obrender/render.c, openbox/framerender.c.
