[openbox] label background and title background

Hi;

I had sent a previous post about this; but I believe that email bounced. 
So apologies if this is a duplicate.

I'm wondering whether it's possible to adjust label background length 
just to the length of the label text over an interlaced title background.

Basically, what I'm trying to emulate is the window titlebar on classic 
Mac OS. I attached a picture to this note.
