[openbox] Restore pre-LeastOverlap window ordering?

    I think it is a kind of bug "window should appear in center of screen
not in corner" apparently. I'm also sure it is a big inconvenience and I
will not use new versions too until this behavior is fixed. If I wanted
this behavior ever then I'd use some tiling WM, not Openbox. And BTW, see
