[openbox] Openbox - Windowdecorations

For the session-/windows-storing in my Exit-Menu, I need to know, where 
I can get the information
if the window-decos (or the window-borders) are on or off.

I have looked through Wmctrl, Xprop and others, but no 
deco-/border-output there.

So, what do I have to do, to get the simple yes/no, on/off, 0/1 or 
whatever output related to
window-decos/-borders, and from where can I get that infos ?

Afaik, in wmctrl you can (un)set both the borders and the decos, but 
wmctrl does not show their states!
