[openbox] Unable to find menu file

Hi,

There seems to be a long standing bug in 3.5.0 (and in git) where
openbox is not able to open a menu file referenced from the rc.xml.
Apparently, openbox always prepends a prefix path, even when the path to
the menu file is absolute.

Are there any plans to fix this?
