[openbox] Avoid window movement to nonvisible area

I am looking for a option to avoid windows movements, so that parts of the windows are out of the visibile area of the monitor.
Moving a window shall be limited to the visible area. Nothing shall be invisible.

Does openbox provide such a option ?
