[openbox] docks and panels included with openbox

The dock is included in any case. It appears once you start a 
Windowmaker applet or gkrellm (for the latter the dock has to be aligned 
vertically). For more information, see [1].

Openbox doesn't ship a panel. You can use the panel of your choice. See [2].
