[openbox] Openbox Manpages for config files

Gentlemen,

I would like to ask if there is a general demand for having the wiki
pages Help:Bindings and Help:Actions (and possibly as well others)
available as manpages.

Last time I wanted to edit my configuration I did not have any internet
connection (yes, there are rare cases this happens) I was unsure
about a configuration option I wished I had those help pages offline.

What do you think?

If there is a positive reaction I am happy to provide and maintain the
manpages.
