[openbox] Spam links on wiki

Yeh as you point out this has gotten really stupid.  So starting today
the default is for people to not have write access.

You can quickly request write access here:
http://openbox.org/wiki/Help:RequestWriteAccess which will send an
email to this list. If you have already been flagged as a person,
please feel free to flag the requester as a person also.  This should
help out a lot.
