I would say this works as intended - but not as you described: Your
window ζ does not magically intercept the scroll event.

Scrolling on the background is mapped by default to switch desktops. So
the first scrolling "click" switchs to desktop 2, where your window
sits, then the next scrolling "click" goes to your window.

If you don't want desktop switching with the scroll wheel, you can do this:

- Find the <context name="Desktop"> in your rc.xml
- remove the <mousebind> entries for button="Up" and button="Down".
