[openbox] deiconify when on a different desktop

I have a little problem with the xboard program [1].  Granted it is
ancient Athena based but unfortunately there's nothing better.  The
problem is that it is supposed to automatically deiconify when a new
game is started.  This works - as long as I'm on the same desktop where
I started it.  When I have switched to a different desktop in the
interim (after starting and iconifying xboard but before starting a
game), it stays iconified.

Ideally, of course, I would have it deiconify on the desktop I'm
currently using.  I swear there was a configuration option in openbox to
make windows always deiconify on the current desktop, but I cannot find
it now, and maybe I'm just confusing it with sawfish (a good example of
switching to something similar, but _just_ different from what one is
used to).  But anyway, this is _not_ what's happening here - xboard
doesn't deiconify at all, not even on its original desktop.
