[openbox] Matching transient windows in <application>

Hello,

In <application> in the config file, is there a way to distinguish
transient from non-transient windows?

I have an audio player that sets identical WM_CLASS (and no WM_ROLE)
on all its windows. But at least the playlist and equalizer are
transient. Can I match based on that? I want to skip transient windows
from taskbar and alt-tab.

I'm using OB 3.4.10-1 on Ubuntu Lucid.
