[openbox] Interactive shift-arrow resize vs GrowToEdge family

Sorry, shame on me. I involuntarily sent the email before I finished
writing it. Here it is, complete version:

Hi,

what follows seems to me like inconsistent behavior:

a) open a window full-width alone in a desktop
b) make it GrowToEdgeWest: size is now one half of original size, that's fine
c) restore the window to full-width
d) resize it but now with Resize/shift-left: size is not one half of
orginal size this time, it seems to be some kind of minimum size
instead

Is that intended? Is there any good reason to make the behaviors b and
c disagree?
