[openbox] Openbox and startx on Debian/Ubuntu

Why do you expect startx to be present? Install xinit if you need to.

This is wrong. Openbox doesn't _depend_ on xinit. That package is 
only needed for a local running X. There are good use cases for openbox
without a local X server (ssh with X forwaring etc.).
