[openbox] time for obconf release?

Hi,

openbox 3.5.0 was released not so long ago and introduced a few changes
that make obconf 2.0.3 incompatible with the new openbox.

Are there any plans to release a new version of obconf (as it seems
all the stuff was fixed in the git version already)?
