[openbox] Porting obconf to GtkBuilder

Hello, my name is Pablo Cabrera, I am from Argentina.

I am interested in programming, so I will try to contribute to free
software.
Some time ago, I have wrote a graphical keybind manager for openbox, but
now I think it would be better rewrite it and merge it with obconf.
But first I will try to make obconf GTK+3 compilant to avoid
deprecation.
Right now I am trying to port obconf to GtkBuilder.
In about one or two weeks I will send you progress.
