[openbox] ALT+TAB suddenly only works after "Reconfigure"

Hello everyone.

I've been using Openbox for several years now and suddenly something odd
happened.

My ALT+TAB combination works, but only after I've run "Reconfigure" once
after I do "startx" and it brings up Openbox.

The ALT+TAB combination is both in /etc/xdg/openbox/rc.xml and
.config/openbox/rc.xml .. None of them misses this keybinding - So I am not
sure what causes this weird behaviour as I've not experienced it before and
haven't been changing my configs for a long time.
