[openbox] Feature request: Pinnable menus

Howdy!

Been using openbox for a while now as a replacement for windowmaker. The 
one feature which I really miss the ability to "pin" a menu (usually a 
submenu actually) to the desktop. Am I missing an existing knob for this 
in openbox? If not, what are the chances of seeing this feature added?
