There are already separate shrink actions in git (to be 3.5 or 4.0 or 
whatever), but growto* still shrinks at the edge (it is useful since you 
can save four keybinds). It would of course be possible to add an option 
to the growto* actions not to shrink.

Adding the Fill* actions is probably useful, but i would stick with the 
north/west/east/south style. Probably the code would be the same except 
you would subtract 1 somewhere and it wouldn't go over any edges.
