Though personally, I wish there was a separate
<titlebar>yes|no</titlebar> and <border>yes|no</border> option in the
app settings.  The way it's set up now makes it impossible to have
windows without titlebar but with borders, and still have the border
disappear when you maximize (which makes it easy to grab scrollbars by
throwing the mouse to the right).
