Now that is nice.  Though I think I prefer the -drift  option
and put it into my xv command launching script.

I use a script to set window positions etc, but also CD to the right
directory, as images saved by XV always goes to the current directory
and not the directory where the image was read.. another pain!

PS: to check on drift use  -wait 0 -wloop   on a directory of small
but different sized images.
