[openbox] Binding of applications to the desktop

Hello friends,

I have created 4 desktops and now I want to bind the applications to 
these desktops. The entry <application> in the rc.xml works only at the 
start of the application but if I click on this just started (non activ) 
application later it is moved to the activ desktop. So more desktop 
doesn't make much sense.
How can I bind an application to a desktop during a session?
