[openbox] Maximie Iconify Button broken after 3.99.0 build from git

Openbox 3.999.0, build via git repository I'm unable to use the title bar
maximize/iconify (minimize) buttons using any Ob theme after build.
Selecting the option from the title bar right click menu works, however
keybindings which worked previously no longer work. Is there something I can
do to restore this essential feature?
