[openbox] x11 events while moving window / layering

Because we wrote an application a1 grabbing an existing x11 window w1 to
an defined position relative to the window of a1.
If a1 moves (user drag's the window to another position), the grabbed
window w1 should also move - in real time and not after releasing the mouse
button. With kwin this works - but I want to use openbox (-:
