Em.. more info.
I have created a NEWS file in git and everyone who is interested in
project may follow it. I'll write short info about new features in that
file.
For example, the first entry here:
------------------------------------
10 February 2009:
* context menu functionality (right mouse button click), available
actions (only for keybinds):
- cut
- copy
- paste
- paste as child
- delete
------------------------------------
Since these operations are convenient here, I think they are necessary.
If a bug appears, feel free to inform me about it any way you like. But
I think it is better if you would use this page:
http://code.google.com/p/obkey/issues/list
Because bugs won't be lost here.
Also there are a lot of plans:
- Add 'delete all' for actions list, since you can add child keybinds
only to those keybinds which don't have any actions.
- About dialog and probably help and/or context help, like tooltips.
- Distribution facilities (proper installation to /usr/bin, etc.)
- Better icons for actions (e.g. Insert Child action, currently right
arrow).
- Translation issues: context menu partly uses gtk stock items and
partly hardcoded items, it means that on other than english locale
menu will be partly translated (bad look).
- ...
I'll implement as much of them as I can (as much time I have to do it).
Thanks for paying attention.
