[openbox] Binding of applications to the desktop

Thank's Knute,

I found this in rc.xml but it solves the problem only for the start of an
application. If I activate an unactiv application from another desktop then
this application will be moved to the activ desktop. So when I start Firefox
on desktop 2 change to the desktop 4 and click on Firefox then it will be
moved to desktop 4.

Regards
Peter
