[openbox] maximized windows without decoration

yes, i know. but fullscreen covers everything also margins, etc.
i already have follwing in my rc.xml:
    <keybind key="W-Up">
      <action name="ToggleDecorations"/>
      <action name="ToggleMaximizeFull"/>
    </keybind>
i thought about an options that all windows regardless if maximized by a
shortcut or clicking on the maximize button or staring maximized, have
no decoration.
