Not responding dialog box

Ok, this just started happening,  when firefox takes a bit to shut
down, a dialog box is now popping up with a couple of options.

Honestly, I liked when it would just put [Not Responding] in the title
bar, and then a second click on the close button killed the window. 
This dialog box, in my opinion, while nice for testing/debugging/etc,
blows for normal operation.  I just don't like it.

How do I turn it off?
