openbox 3.4.7-pre2 test release

Hi all,

I'd like to inform you that we have released an Openbox 3.4.7-pre2
tarball.  We've been working on some nice new usability things, all of
which are contained in the updated changelog.  That means that some
new user-visible (translatable) strings have been added in the
process.

I hope some of you will try it out and let us know of any problems! :)
