[openbox] How to launch window in 'decorated' mode.

To get windows undecorated by default you must find <applications> in your
rc.xml (usualy in $HOME/.config/openbox/) and add add :

    <application class="*">
      <decor>no</decor>
    </application>

as subnode of <applications>
