Alt-tab icon size

Hello!

I've noticed that Alt-tab icons are 34x34 px. *BUT* most of the apps
provide 32x32 icons, so they're scaled and scaling makes pixel perfect
icons look bad. Can we change ICON_SIZE in
openbox/focus_cycle_popup.from 40 to 38, please? :)

Also, there is:

  commit 51bc793e046c036fdeea3a9cad834c13fda2832f
  "Make alt-tab icon size configurable."

According to this, new /real/ icon size will be 36 - not good either.
Can we change that too? Which release will have this feature?
