open pipemenu in menu

hello

I am not new in openbox, but here is my first question - how do I open
the pipmenu obam -
http://icculus.org/openbox/index.php/Openbox:Pipemenus:obam - to get the
programs. Perhaps I am stupid, but I cannot figure it out of the
documentation.

I just want the programs from the system menu - nothing else.
