config parse error on quoted '&'

Hi,

after adding a few keyboard shortcut and reloading my debian/unstable
openbox 3.4.7.2-3 I got a warning box and error message in my
.xsession-errors:

	/home/ldm/.config/openbox/rc.xml:435: parser error : EntityRef: expecting ';'
	xecute>mplayer "rtsp://mafreebox.freebox.fr/fbxtv_pub/stream?namespace=1&service

The actual entry is:

    <keybind key="A-W-F5">
      <action name="Execute">
        <execute>mplayer "rtsp://mafreebox.freebox.fr/fbxtv_pub/stream?namespace=1&service=203&flavour=sd"</execute>
      </action>
    </keybind>

Short of replacing that entry (and similar ones) with a script, is there
a workaround? add more quotes? backspace the &? or is this a bug?
