[openbox] How to use caps lock key to launch an app?

Yeah that works, thanks, and 3 seconds seems to be enough. I had tried it
myself but I got the syntax wrong.

It's a shame that it's so hard to turn the caps lock key into something
useful on linux, I have to remap to some other sacrificial key then use
that key, and doing it means messing around with multiple config files.
GNOME's settings only let you remap it to Escape, nothing else. Ah well,
at least it works, it's practically the biggest key on the keyboard so
it's really great for summoning a launcher.
