Windowplacement undermouse on start

Hi.

I wonder, is it possible to open new windows started through the
desktop menu, or keybinds, where the mouse cursor *was* on the time of
clicking/pressing, instead where it is when the application finished
loading?

It is kind of annoying to open a browser on one screen, then go work on
another one waiting for firefox to load (which easily takes a few
seconds with all extensions loaded) just to have it pop up where you're
in the middle of typing something.
