Resize or move a window to a specified value in pixel

Hi !

I'm new to Openbox and at first glance, it's a cool WM, nice work :-)
I have a problem : I try to move or resize a window with a specified value
in pixel but apparently, it's not possible, can you confirm this ?

Example of what I want :

    <keybind key="S-W-Right">
        <action name="Resize" value="x+100" />
    </keybind>

    <keybind key="S-W-Up">
        <action name="Resize" value="y+100" />
    </keybind>
