window on the top

[Ctrl Alt Back]

Hello,

i have modal dialogs dissapearing under other windows. Perhaps there is
a way to set up WM that modal dialogs are always brought on the top,
hope also that is not too difficult to configure OB such a way that
certain windows are brought on the top.

Can you point me to some article how to achieve this please ?
