action "NextWindow" does not work correctly

Hi, I currently have the following config:

<keybind key="W-Tab">
    <action name="NextWindow">
        <panels>no</panels>
        <linear>no</linear>
        <dialog>yes</dialog>
        <finalactions>
            <action name="Focus"/>
            <action name="Unshade"/>
        </finalactions>
    </action>
</keybind>

When hitting W-Tab, the Windows are switched, but when I release the
Windows Key, the Window is not focused and the switching dialog does
not disappear. When I release the Win key first and the Tab key second,
it works. 

I append my complete rc.conf, just in case it matters.
