Patch for window drag to flip desktop

Hunting through the list archives I found an old patch for enabling a
window to be dragged across desktops.

I have managed to shoehorn it into openbox 3.4.2 with only some tiny
changes and as far as I can tell it works perfectly.

I don't know where or how I should submit this patch so I've put it
here as an attachment (it is very small).

As I don't know much about openbox it's quite possible there are faults
so please try to break it!
