[openbox] mouse keys combinations

how can i do this(mouse key combinations)?
I didn't find this in documentation.

combinations like
    <mousebind button="Right-Up" action="Press">
          <action name="..."/>
    </mousebind>
doesn't work

Or under  "mouse key combinations" you meant combinations like
    <mousebind button="A-Right" action="Press">
          <action name="..."/>
    </mousebind>
?
