Icons for obconf and obmenu + an obmenu.desktop file

Hi,
I was bored this morning so I made up some icons for obconf and obmenu
based upon the openbox icon someone posted to the list not long ago
(openbox-72.png) I also modified the obconf.desktop file to use the new
icon and made up an obmenu.desktop file as well. All icons are 48x48
and should be placed in /usr/share/pixmaps, the .desktop files go
into /usr/share/applications on most distributions of Linux.

If the original creator of the openbox icon is reading this please
speak up as I've forgotten who you are and I'd like to give credit
where credit is due.

I hope someone finds these useful :)
