Some curiosities about windows

Ok, I've been using OB for my wm for awhile now, and so far I love it.
Light, quick, clean, but anyways.

I've got some windows I like to run transparent. I'd like to have them run
borderless (which I have set manually each time with the Decorate option),
since I've got all the move/resize options put into hotkeys.

Well, when I use the Decorate option, there is still a boarder around the
screen. I'm thinking 2 px wide and grey. Is this theme-related, or is it a
thing with OB?
