Any mirror sites for ~3-2rc

Folks,

Are there any mirror sites for downloading 3-rc2? I feel like I've been
driving and hitting red lights at every intersection I reach. I've been
trying to download the tarry geezer since about noon yesterday.
I get to the point where my browser wants to know where I want it to
put the file, but once I click OK, the file transfer rate (broadband!)
is about 16k/s. I realize this is a popular desktop. I didn't realize
it was *that* popular!
