List problem or my ISP?

   Just got an error report from the mailing list:

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

   *Looks* like it's the list server, but I've had a couple of problems 
with my email supplier recently.  Everyone else OK?
