[openbox] Run dialog

I have to say, I use gmrun specifically because the run dialog in
gnome takes an unreasonable amount of time to load and gmrun starts
instantly all the time.  Are you running on a really slow machine? 
Are you using KDE where gtk libs aren't normally loaded?
