NeXT theme

Hi list,

I recently switched to Openbox from Enlightenment, as I was having
problems with focusing of windows when dialogs closed - the wrong window
was getting the focus and no matter how much I tweaked the settings I
couldn't seem fix it. Openbox has just the right balance of features for
my needs, so I wrote a simple theme to emulate the appearance and most
of the behaviour of the NeXT desktop.
