What's that panel in the screenshot

I have tried almost all the panels described in the openbox faq
("fspanel, fbpanel, pypanel, perlpanel, gnome-panel (yuk) and possibly
kicker") but I would really like to try the panel the guy who made
this screenshot:

is using (It's the 1st screenshot in the openbox site)
I would also like to know what does he uses to generate the satistics
thet appears at the bottom of the screen. Can you help me to find this
apps?
