& character and rc.xml

Hi,

I need put a string containing '&' character in my rc.xml, like:

[...]
<action name="execute"><execute>aterm -fn "-b&h-lucidatypewriter-medium-r-normal-sans-12-120-75-75-m-70-iso8859-1" -e mutt</execute></action>
[...]

But OB3 fail to reconfigure because of '&' in '-fn "-b&h..."'.
                                                      ^

I have tried with '' and "" delimiters around font name but nothing happened.
