Restart other window manager

I was looking at the documenation on the website where it says you can
type "openbox --replace" from within gnome to have it start using OB
in place of Metacity.  My question is, how can I create a "Window
Manager" menu for OB to allow me to run another window manager without
exiting and restarting?

This is just a curiosity, something I'm interested in messing around with.
